Helping kiddies track their own fruit and veggie intake helps put them in control. It can also be used by Mom to track her own (read MY own) consumption to help ensure she is on track too! This useful resource encourages kids to count their fruit and vegetable intake but also make decisions about what they might try each week…you know, to help them broaden their repertoire.
